- Raster Graphics: Images composed of pixels, each with a defined color. Common formats include JPEG, PNG, and GIF.
- Photoshop: A powerful raster graphics editor used for photo editing, digital art, and graphic design.
Session 1: Getting Started with Photoshop
- Opening Photoshop and Creating a New Document
- Launch Photoshop by clicking the icon or searching for it.
- To create a new document, go to
File > New.- Dimensions: Set the width and height (e.g., 1920×1080 pixels).
- Resolution: Standard for web is 72 dpi, for print is 300 dpi.
- Color Mode: RGB for digital, CMYK for print.

- Menu Bar: Contains dropdown menus (File, Edit, Image, etc.).
